I just want to give a shout out to Lauren Kinsey. She has been an amazing resource to me. Even though I've been teaching 20 years, I have never taught high school, so it is like I am a brand-new teacher.

I would like to send a shoutout to Steve Kurschat, the night custodian at Lynch, Samantha DeView, who is in Dining Services here, and our summer substitute custodian Wyatt Mackinder. Great help. We all worked together and this building was done and looks great.

I want to give a shoutout to Doug White, our head custodian, as well as Becca Kellogg, Ginger Sharp and Kyle Stone-Riley, the night custodians. I've received numerous positive comments from staff about how nice LHS is looking to start the school year.

Stephanie Fifield is many times the first face you see at Lapeer High School. No matter how chaotic the day is going or how many things she is dealing with, she always gets the job done. She is everything you want - and then some - when visiting the high school.

Aimee Coulter is the glue that holds the Special Education department, and Zemmer in general, together. She is always willing to help and frequently goes above and beyond to do what's best for all students, not just those on her caseload.
