This year’s 2025 Citizens of the Year named by the Lapeer Area Chamber of Commerce are Metamora-area residents Kathy Brzezinski and Brian Betzold.
They were bestowed the high honors on Feb. 28 during the 46th Annual Citizens of the Year banquet held at the Lapeer Country Club in Elba Township.
Brian is a parapro at Rolland-Warner.
